The invoice payment terms are 20 days. When paying via FAKTURA, a fee will be charged before checkout. In case of non-payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Interest on late payment is 2% per month. We reserve the right to conduct a credit check before processing your order.
Your goods are delivered as letters or parcels depending on weight and size.
Delivery time varies depending on the product you order. Before payment, you can always see the delivery time for your order. Express delivery is also possible.
The shipping cost is always 29kr excl. VAT per order.
When your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. When you pay by card, you need to state your credit card number. It travels via a secure server and Bambora handles card payments with us. For secure delivery, we need your email address and mobile number to be able to contact you with delivery notices, changed information etc.
